today we did digital drawing on google sheets and then we had to count all the squares around it and there were many choices but I chose the winking emoji and this is how it turned out and I hope you like it.

today we made a logo and this is mine and if you look closer you can see the path because Te ara tuhura means its a path to discover and I did the colours because  they are just cheerful and bright and they are great for it and go well with it.

manner and what to say

Today we learnt about manners and we had to do what we say for manners like pardon and pleas and many more but I did not do all of them so here it is👍😃.

 

what are manners for they so we can be more polite. 

when should we use manners when you ask for something or ask for someone move and pardon when you don't here someone.

what is the manner that you need  to work on for me is pardon from when I don't here someone  I usually just say what but I need to change that.

The Rug

W.A.L.T write a narrative story with a problem and a solution.
For the past few weeks we have been  writing a narrative. A narrative is a non fiction or fiction  where it builds up to a problem the a solution then an ending.

The rug part 1
                                                                                               
Chapter 1 The Rug
When I woke up from this dream about ice cream, I suddenly remember it's my birthday so I ran to have my breakfast. Pancakes. after my pancakes I went to the living room to open my presents that my parents got me. I got money, lollies, a dog that I named Ruphis  and a red rug which was lined with gold and silver patterns.  I was happy about that, I always said to my mum if we get a dog we will need a rug for it. So I laid it on the floor of my room and Ruphis jumped on it and went to sleep while Mum Dad Lachlan and I went to Laser Strike. We played and played it was so fun. Once we got home, I went up to my room only to be knocked over by Ruphis. He was licking my face, I picked him up and placed him on my bed and we both went to sleep.

Chapter 2 up and away
Suddenly I woke up because I heard a twinkle so I looked out the window. I saw nothing so I went back to bed only to be awakened by another twinkle, and when I got closer to the door it got louder and louder. When I got past the rug it stopped so I took one step back so I was on the rug, it started to float and it got higher and higher . After it got really high  Ruphis started to bark  so I grabbed him with my feet. Then I heard my parents walking up the stairs and  so I  jumped off the rug and hurried back into bed so my parents would think I was just talking in my sleep.  Then my mum whispered. 

“Huh she must have just been talking in her sleep let's get back to bed”
and so they tiptoed away. After they went I got up and got on the rug and flew around, but it wouldn't let me down and then it flew out of my room. Then weapons appeared like a sword, bow, arrows on my back and then the rug turned into an alicorn and then I knew I was ready for battle. We were fighting a hydra  witch is a  three headed dragon that can breathe fire. With its claws it stabbed me but I was fine and I continued to fight (back at home).
                                           
 Chapter 3 missing
“Hunny time to wake up”  said mum she heard no reply so she crept closer and pull back the covers and said “hunny ti-” her voice trailed off and called my dad  “JASON GET IN HERE”
she yelled he rushed up the stairs and burst into the room.
“She’s gone”  mum cried. dad looked over and brang his phone out mum said,
 “What are you doing?”
 “calling the police” replied dad
 “shouldened we descouse this” said mum and dad replied with
 “do you want our daughter back or not”
,  “well yes but”
 dad cut her off
“ good then I will call the police.”
“ hey let me fin-”
 dad cut her off again
 “I'm on the phone shhhh”
 dad said
 “LET ME FINISH!”  yelled mum
dad replied with  “don’t yell at m-”. his voice trailed off because when he turned around he dropped his phone.
He saw her hair  sticking up and her body hovering above the ground and she was staring at him with a mighty rage “o-ok you can finish” dad trembled he was terrified mum slowly placed her feet on the ground and her hair went back to normal.  “good let's wait” dad was puzzled she acted like nothing happened (back with me).

Chapter 4 Defeat then home
We were fighting hard I was the youngest person there and then he blasted fire and I ducked but I was the only one left when I look back I saw them burnt to a crisp. So I went hard out and after 10 minutes I remembered that it has an eye on the top of his head so snuck up onto it and when it opened  its eyes I stabbed it and it fell onto the floor with a huge crash and then  portal appeared to go back home so when I went through it everything changed back. and my mum and dad gave me the biggest hug and we all lived happily ever after………………
